Join OTTO Digital's dynamic compliance team as a Compliance and Data Protection Specialist. You'll be at the forefront of safeguarding our digital ecosystem, ensuring all data remains accurate, secure, and compliant with evolving regulations. This critical role involves preparing comprehensive reports on data security protocols, conducting regular audits, and serving as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies to address compliance inquiries and implement corrective actions. You'll monitor legislative changes, develop internal policies, and train teams on data protection best practices. Your expertise will directly contribute to mitigating risks, maintaining customer trust, and ensuring OTTO Digital operates at the highest standards of regulatory integrity in the financial services sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain and update organizational data integrity across all systems
- Prepare detailed compliance reports on data security and regulatory adherence
- Act as liaison officer with financial regulators and compliance authorities
- Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance gaps
- Develop and implement data protection policies and procedures
- Monitor changes in data protection legislation (PDP Law, GDPR)
- Coordinate cross-functional compliance initiatives and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Information Security, or related field
- 3+ years in compliance or data protection roles
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations
- Experience with regulatory reporting and documentation
- Certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP, CISSP) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
