Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with BSP regulations, banking laws, and internal policies
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and compliance reviews across banking operations
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to central bank authorities
- Support internal audits by maintaining accurate compliance documentation
- Investigate and resolve compliance discrepancies with corrective actions
- Train staff on compliance procedures and regulatory updates
- Collaborate with departments to implement compliance controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking compliance or regulatory affairs
- Strong knowledge of BSP regulations and AML/CFT frameworks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance management systems
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and documentation abilities
- CRCM or CAMS certification preferred
