Intime Accounting is currently looking for a skilled Compliance Associate to join our team in the prestigious location of Raffles Place. In this key position, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations by managing critical Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
As a Compliance Associate, you will ensure that all client onboarding activities and periodic reviews strictly adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. You will be responsible for verifying client identities and assessing financial risks to mitigate money laundering and fraud activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Know Your Customer (KYC) checks for new client onboarding.
- Perform periodic reviews and ongoing monitoring of existing client accounts to ensure continued compliance.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of client documentation and financial data against regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies or compliance issues identified during reviews.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports and maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
- Stay updated on changes in local and international financial regulations to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Assist in the implementation and refinement of internal compliance policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Law, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a compliance, banking, or financial services role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as MAS guidelines or FATF recommendations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and high accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification in Compliance (e.g., CAMS, CPB) is a plus.
