Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct scheduled and unscheduled field audits to verify adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
- Analyze operational workflows and documentation to identify potential compliance risks or inefficiencies.
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommended corrective actions.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective measures and ensure safety standards are met.
- Monitor changes in government regulations to ensure the company remains fully compliant.
- Train staff on compliance procedures and best practices to foster a culture of accountability.
- Investigate internal discrepancies and maintain accurate records of all audit activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in auditing, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and policies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field inspections and site visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and audit management software.
