SSL 888 TRADING CORPORATION is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Compliance Auditor to join our growing operations team in San Fernando, Pampanga. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our operational integrity by conducting rigorous fieldwork and ensuring that all company processes adhere to safety, logistics, and industry standards.
The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating existing workflows, identifying compliance gaps, and providing actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency. This is a field-based role perfect for professionals who are proactive, analytical, and committed to upholding the highest standards of organizational excellence within the manufacturing and logistics sector.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular onsite audits and fieldwork to ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate internal processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, or compliance violations within the logistics and transport departments.
- Document findings accurately and prepare comprehensive audit reports for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Monitor and verify that all equipment, transport assets, and personnel activities meet regulatory and internal safety standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and internal compliance protocols.
- Perform follow-up audits to ensure that recommended improvements have been effectively implemented.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in auditing, quality assurance, or compliance-related roles is a distinct advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with an exceptional eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and perform effectively in field-based environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of providing clear feedback to cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Must be willing to work on-site and travel within the San Fernando, Pampanga area as required by business operations.
