Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end implementation and monitoring of the company's Data Protection Policy and PDP Law compliance framework.
- Conduct regular internal compliance audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities in data processing activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and relevant financial sector regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and data protection authorities regarding compliance inquiries and reporting.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate employees on data privacy, security protocols, and compliance responsibilities.
- Manage the lifecycle of personal data, ensuring proper classification, consent management, and lawful processing.
- Review and assess vendor contracts and third-party relationships to ensure they meet compliance and data security standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, data protection, risk management, or internal audit within the banking or financial services sector.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) concepts.
- Strong knowledge of financial services regulations and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to business processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPP/A, or CIPT are highly preferred.
