Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance programs aligned with regulatory requirements
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments across business units
- Monitor legislative changes and advise stakeholders on compliance implications
- Prepare governance reports for executive leadership and regulatory bodies
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Establish compliance training programs for staff at all levels
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or Business Administration
- Minimum 3 years' compliance or internal audit experience in financial services
- Professional certification (CAMS, CCEP, or equivalent) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations (BNM guidelines)
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in compliance management software and MS Office Suite
