Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end import/export logistics operations including customs clearance and shipment tracking
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international trade compliance regulations
- Prepare and verify accuracy of commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documentation
- Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government authorities
- Monitor logistics performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Manage inventory documentation for cross-border shipments
- Conduct regular audits of logistics processes to identify compliance gaps
- Maintain updated knowledge of trade regulations and tariff classifications
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years' experience in compliance or logistics coordination
- Strong understanding of Malaysia's customs procedures and import/export regulations
- Proficiency in logistics documentation systems and ERP software
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to manage complex documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills for resolving logistical disruptions
- Certification in customs compliance or logistics management (preferred)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia with strong communication skills
