AsiaPay, a leading digital payment service provider, is looking for a meticulous and proactive Compliance Manager to join our team in the heart of Raffles Place. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing regulatory adherence, managing risk assessment frameworks, and ensuring our operations align with the evolving financial landscape in Singapore and the broader APAC region.
We are seeking a subject matter expert who is passionate about navigating the complexities of fintech regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) protocols, and data privacy. You will act as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies and work closely with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance across all business units. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with MAS guidelines and relevant financial regulations.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and internal audits to identify potential gaps and implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead and manage AML, CTF, and KYC processes, ensuring robust monitoring and timely reporting of suspicious activities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries, inspections, and licensing requirements.
- Provide expert advisory support to cross-functional teams regarding regulatory impacts on new products and market expansion.
- Monitor changes in the regulatory environment and update internal controls to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Prepare and deliver regular compliance reports to senior management and the board of directors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in compliance or risk management within the financial services or fintech sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore’s Payment Services Act and relevant MAS regulations.
- Proven ability to manage regulatory relationships and communicate complex issues to stakeholders effectively.
- Professional certification such as ICA, ACAMS, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with high ethical standards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment.
