Join Macquarie Group's prestigious Risk Management Group as a Compliance Manager specializing in Licensing and Policy. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive compliance policies and procedures aligned with Indonesian regulatory requirements (OJK) and international standards
- Manage end-to-end licensing applications, renewals, and reporting for financial products and services
- Conduct periodic compliance monitoring, testing, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate regulatory exposure
- Provide expert guidance to business units on regulatory obligations and compliance implications
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management and regulatory authorities
- Stay abreast of regulatory developments and advise on compliance implications for new initiatives
- Coordinate with internal audit, legal, and risk teams to ensure consistent compliance frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or professional certification (CAMS, CCEP) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of compliance experience within banking or financial services sector
- Proven expertise with Indonesian regulatory licensing processes and OJK requirements
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex regulations and assess compliance risks
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to train staff and present to senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional language skills advantageous
