Philippine Geothermal Production Company is seeking a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team in Makati City. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our organization adheres to all regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for monitoring and implementing regulatory changes, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to various departments on compliance matters. You will work closely with senior management to develop and maintain compliance frameworks that protect the company's interests while ensuring operational excellence.
This position falls under the Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) category, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth in the renewable energy sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and interpret applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards affecting geothermal energy operations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in alignment with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees across all departments
- Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation to relevant authorities
- Collaborate with legal counsel and external auditors during compliance reviews and inspections
- Investigate compliance violations and implement appropriate corrective measures
- Stay updated on changes in energy sector regulations and advise management on necessary adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or legal departments
- Professional certification as Certified Real Estate Instructor (CREI) or equivalent is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine regulatory frameworks and energy sector compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical business practices
- Experience in the energy or utilities industry is an advantage
