Join ByteDance's Global Payments team as a Compliance Operations Platform Product Manager and shape the future of our fintech infrastructure. In this critical role, you'll lead the development and optimization of our global payment compliance platform, ensuring seamless regulatory adherence across 150+ markets while driving innovation in transaction processing. You'll collaborate with engineering, legal, and finance teams to translate complex compliance requirements into scalable product solutions, directly impacting our global expansion strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Define product roadmap and strategy for global payment compliance operations platform
- Translate complex regulatory requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver platform enhancements and new features
- Monitor global regulatory changes and implement compliance workflows
- Develop KPIs and analytics dashboards for compliance monitoring
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with legal, risk, and operations teams
- Drive user adoption through stakeholder engagement and training programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or payments
- Expertise in global payment regulations (AML, KYC, GDPR, PCI-DSS)
- Proven track record of building B2B SaaS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
