Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture client relationships while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory compliance standards
- Act as Nominee Director for client companies, representing fiduciary interests and ensuring corporate governance best practices
- Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, providing actionable compliance guidance to clients
- Conduct periodic compliance audits and risk assessments for client portfolios
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders on compliance matters
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks tailored to client business operations
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for senior management and regulatory submissions
- Mentor junior staff on compliance protocols and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, corporate governance, or financial services
- Professional certifications (CAMS, CCEP, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven experience as Nominee Director or in fiduciary roles
- Deep understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment (MAS regulations)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical abilities for risk assessment and compliance reviews
