Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement comprehensive compliance solutions aligned with industry regulations and organizational policies
- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timely milestone achievement
- Coordinate with government agencies, clients, and internal teams to align compliance requirements with business objectives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for compliance vulnerabilities
- Prepare detailed compliance documentation and reporting for stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members on compliance best practices and regulatory updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in compliance management or project coordination within IT/tech sector
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end compliance projects for enterprise clients
- Strong understanding of Philippine regulatory frameworks (e.g., Data Privacy Act, SEC/Circular requirements)
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with government agencies and corporate clients
- Certifications in compliance management (e.g., CCEP, CISSP) or project management (PMP) highly desirable
