Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic audits of automated systems to ensure ethical and legal alignment
- Monitor and evaluate compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance frameworks for AI-driven processes
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues with detailed documentation
- Stay current with regulatory changes and emerging compliance technologies
- Collaborate with IT and operations teams to integrate compliance protocols
- Prepare compliance reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Provide training on compliance requirements to department teams
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of compliance experience in ICT sector
- Proven expertise in AI compliance frameworks and ethical AI practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of Philippine regulatory environment
- Certification in compliance management (CCEP, CCEP-I) preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
