Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local manufacturing regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all production-related compliance audits.
- Conduct routine internal inspections of facility workflows and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve any non-compliance issues promptly.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on compliance status for management review.
- Assist in the training of staff on updated safety and regulatory procedures.
- Identify potential operational risks and recommend proactive mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a compliance or quality assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Philippine regulatory requirements and manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot process inconsistencies.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and documentation software.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a results-oriented team.
