Berca Hardayaperkasa is seeking a dedicated Compliance Staff to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational integrity, ensuring that all business activities align with prevailing legal standards and internal corporate policies.
As our Compliance Staff, you will play a pivotal role in drafting and reviewing critical documents, including contracts and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA). You will serve as the primary point of contact for navigating regulatory requirements and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Drafting, reviewing, and analyzing various commercial contracts and legal agreements to ensure business interests are protected.
- Managing and processing company legal documentation, including business licenses, permits, and corporate filings.
- Ensuring company-wide adherence to industry-specific regulations and government mandates.
- Developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to address potential legal or operational vulnerabilities.
- Facilitating the internal audit process regarding compliance policies and procedural integrity.
- Providing advisory support to internal departments regarding legal and regulatory compliance queries.
- Monitoring changes in local and national laws to ensure the company remains up-to-date with current legal requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S1 Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or risk management role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, and labor regulations.
- Proven ability to review and draft legal documents with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex regulatory risks.
