Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the monitoring and documentation of company-wide compliance with financial regulations.
- Support the team in conducting periodic internal risk assessments and audit preparation.
- Verify KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation accuracy.
- Help maintain and update internal compliance manuals and policy databases.
- Participate in departmental meetings to discuss emerging regulatory trends.
- Assist in preparing administrative reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procedural consistency across branches.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of basic financial industry operations and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and demonstrate professional integrity.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
