Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and ensure compliance with OJK regulations and financial industry standards
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments across departments
- Investigate potential compliance violations and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
- Provide compliance training and guidance to employees at all levels
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities
- Stay updated on evolving financial regulations and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of compliance experience in banking/finance sector
- Deep understanding of OJK regulations and Indonesian financial laws
- Strong analytical skills with risk assessment capabilities
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience conducting internal audits and compliance reviews
- Professional certification in compliance (CRC or equivalent) preferred
- Proficient in compliance management software and reporting tools
