Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all mall operations.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure alignment with local regulations and ISO standards.
- Drive sustainability initiatives including energy management, waste reduction, and carbon footprint tracking.
- Lead emergency response planning and conduct routine fire safety and evacuation drills.
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for management and relevant government authorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate green initiatives into daily maintenance and tenant operations.
- Identify potential environmental hazards and implement corrective/preventative actions (CAPA).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HSE or Compliance, preferably within retail or high-traffic commercial environments.
- Certified in K3 Umum or relevant HSE professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 14001).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental and labor safety regulations.
- Proven track record in sustainability reporting and operational audits.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management tools for reporting and analytics.
