As a Compliance Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for verifying the effectiveness of internal controls and ensuring that our operations comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will work closely with various departments to identify potential risks, document findings, and drive continuous improvement in our compliance framework. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute comprehensive compliance testing procedures to validate adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for complex financial systems.
- Identify, document, and track control deficiencies or gaps in business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Legal, and Operations, to resolve compliance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and findings for management review and regulatory bodies.
- Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and industry standards to ensure continuous relevance.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of junior team members regarding compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in compliance testing, internal audit, or quality assurance within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., BSP regulations, GDPR) and risk management principles.
- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to extract and validate data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
