As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in reviewing and analyzing the CDM system to ensure that our component classification accurately meets the evolving business requirements of SCM. You will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of electronic components, from qualification and selection to obsolescence management. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the Component Data Management (CDM) system, ensuring component master data integrity aligns with SCM requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of component classifications, parameters, and lifecycle statuses to support supply chain decision-making.
- Collaborate with global sourcing and engineering teams to qualify alternative components and drive cost savings.
- Lead component obsolescence management, proactively identifying EOL risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by providing technical component expertise and ensuring database accuracy during ramp-ups.
- Maintain strict compliance with industry standards (JEDEC, IPC) and corporate environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH, WEEE).
- Generate and analyze reports on component usage, risk, and data quality to present to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2-5 years of experience in component engineering, supply chain, or manufacturing engineering.
- Strong knowledge of component data management (CDM) systems and PLM software (e.g., Oracle Agile, SAP PLM).
- In-depth understanding of electronic component lifecycles, sourcing strategies, and manufacturing processes (SMT, Box Build).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical data and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with industry quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and environmental compliance directives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
