Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in composite materials and manufacturing processes
- Certification or formal training in composite technology (preferred)
- Proficiency in vacuum bagging, wet/dry lay-up, and honeycomb machining
- Ability to pass a physical trade test demonstrating hands-on skills
- Knowledge of aerospace industry standards and quality requirements
- Strong attention to detail and precision in workmanship
