Tanggung Jawab
- Perform composite material repairs and fabrication for aircraft components
- Inspect, assess, and document damage using non-destructive testing methods
- Operate specialized tools including autoclaves, vacuum infusion systems, and cutting equipment
- Adhere to FAA regulations and quality control standards for aerospace manufacturing
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop repair solutions
- Maintain detailed work documentation and material traceability records
- Train junior technicians on composite techniques and safety protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in composite repair/manufacturing
- Familiarity with FAA AC 43.13 standards and aerospace specifications
- Certification in composite technology (e.g., Abaris, Boeing) preferred
- Proficiency with composite materials (carbon fiber, Kevlar, fiberglass)
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments with PPE
