We are seeking a dedicated Compound Cleaner to maintain pristine environments in our Tampines residential property. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll ensure all communal areas meet high cleanliness standards while creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents. This hands-on role requires meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond basic cleaning to include specialized care for recreational facilities. You'll manage pool areas, wipe down furniture, and address spills promptly to prevent hazards. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work and understands how cleanliness impacts resident satisfaction and property value. - Sweep and clean entire compound areas including walkways and common spaces
- Wipe down pool tables, chairs, and outdoor furniture
- Mop up spills and stains immediately to prevent accidents
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of recreational facilities
- Report maintenance issues to property management
- Adhere to safety protocols when handling cleaning chemicals
