Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately compound and fill pharmaceutical products according to GMP standards and SOPs
- Operate and maintain compounding/filling equipment, including calibration and troubleshooting
- Execute strict quality control protocols through in-process checks and documentation
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain sterile production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and training programs
- Maintain detailed batch records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Certificate in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related technical field
- Basic understanding of GMP principles and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
- Ability to operate precision equipment with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong documentation skills and commitment to quality standards
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive GMP training on-site
- Team player with effective communication skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow complex procedures
