Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor compounding machinery to ensure smooth production runs.
- Mix rubber compounds and raw materials according to strict standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance of equipment.
- Document production data and report any abnormalities or defects immediately.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and hygiene regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV (O-Level) education or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of mathematics and measurement is required.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for long periods.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to undergo medical examination and work in a cleanroom environment.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or rubber processing is an advantage.
