Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, monitor, and maintain local network infrastructure and server operations to ensure maximum uptime.
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues across the organization.
- Conduct regular system audits, backups, and security patches to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
- Configure and deploy workstations, laptops, and networking devices for new and existing personnel.
- Diagnose complex network connectivity issues and implement effective long-term solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify technical bottlenecks and propose innovative infrastructure upgrades.
- Document technical processes, troubleshooting guides, and asset management inventories accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or network support.
- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN configurations.
- Proficiency in Windows Server environments and experience with Linux/Unix is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, firewalls, and data protection protocols.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities effectively.
