Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and diagnostics on computer hardware, including motherboards, processors, RAM, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows/Linux) and essential software applications.
- Manage and maintain Local Area Networks (LAN) to ensure seamless connectivity across government offices.
- Provide technical support and training to staff regarding computer usage and software operations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of computer assets and accessories to ensure accountability.
- Respond to and resolve IT service tickets and hardware repair requests in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and government IT standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field (4-year course).
- NCII Certificate in Computer Hardware Servicing is highly preferred.
- Civil Service Professional Eligibility or eligibility to take the CSC examination.
- At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in IT maintenance, helpdesk support, or hardware servicing.
- Strong knowledge of PC assembly, network cabling, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
