Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging computer science curriculum for diverse student groups
- Mentor students individually and in groups, providing technical guidance and project feedback
- Create hands-on coding exercises and STEM projects aligned with industry standards
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methodologies for optimal learning outcomes
- Collaborate with educators to integrate technology across interdisciplinary subjects
- Organize workshops, hackathons, and industry networking events
- Stay current with emerging technologies and teaching methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 2 years teaching or mentoring experience in STEM education
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (Python, Java, JavaScript)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Creative lesson planning and curriculum development experience
- Experience with educational technology and e-learning platforms
- Patience, adaptability, and passion for student development
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
