Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine hardware maintenance, repairs, and upgrades on desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software, operating system, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Configure and deploy workstations, ensuring all company security and performance standards are met.
- Provide prompt and professional technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person walk-ins.
- Document technical issues, solutions, and maintenance logs in the internal tracking system.
- Assist in the management of IT inventory, including software licenses and hardware assets.
- Collaborate with the broader IT team to implement new system rollouts and infrastructure improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of hardware components and peripheral connectivity.
- Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems configuration.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team environment.
