Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national and international ICT curriculum standards.
- Instruct students on fundamental computing concepts, including programming, digital literacy, and information systems.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback to support individual learning journeys.
- Integrate modern educational technology tools into classroom activities to enhance student engagement and participation.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and instructional methodologies to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and impactful.
- Participate in school-wide academic meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and extracurricular activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field (Education degree is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a K-12 environment, specifically within Computing or ICT departments.
- Maximum age of 40 years old.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) and standard office/educational software suites.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong commitment to the mission and values of Sekolah Kristen IPEKA.
- Possess a valid teaching certification or a willingness to pursue professional pedagogical training.
