Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to mall visitors and shoppers
- Deliver accurate information about mall facilities, services, events, and local attractions
- Proactively address visitor inquiries and resolve service-related issues
- Assist with wayfinding, lost and found services, and special requests
- Collaborate with security, maintenance, and retail teams for seamless operations
- Maintain detailed knowledge of tenant information, promotions, and mall policies
- Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate complex issues appropriately
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality role
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
- Proficient in using digital directories and communication tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Pleasant demeanor with professional appearance and punctuality
- Knowledge of Iskandar Puteri area attractions and services is advantageous
