  • Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to mall visitors and shoppers
  • Deliver accurate information about mall facilities, services, events, and local attractions
  • Proactively address visitor inquiries and resolve service-related issues
  • Assist with wayfinding, lost and found services, and special requests
  • Collaborate with security, maintenance, and retail teams for seamless operations
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of tenant information, promotions, and mall policies
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate complex issues appropriately

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or hospitality role
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficient in using digital directories and communication tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Pleasant demeanor with professional appearance and punctuality
