As the first point of contact for our building, you will play a crucial role in shaping the experience of our tenants and visitors.

In this dynamic front-of-house role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the building lobby. You will ensure that all guests are greeted warmly, inquiries are handled efficiently, and that the reception area remains a safe, organized, and premium space. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and takes pride in their ability to solve problems on the spot.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage all front-of-house operations and ensure a professional atmosphere in the building lobby.
  • Greet, welcome, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information regarding the building and local amenities.
  • Manage the receipt, logging, and distribution of mail, parcels, and courier deliveries.
  • Monitor visitor access, issue visitor passes, and maintain strict building security protocols.
  • Coordinate closely with the facility management, security, and maintenance teams to resolve tenant issues promptly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the reception and lobby areas at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven work experience as a Concierge, Front Desk Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative in the hospitality or corporate sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer-first mindset.
  • Professional grooming and a welcoming, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications and visitor management software.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum SPM or equivalent; a diploma or certification in Hospitality & Tourism is highly advantageous.
