Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized local recommendations for dining, attractions, and entertainment in Pasay City and Metro Manila
- Coordinate travel arrangements including transportation, tours, and airport transfers
- Manage guest requests for reservations, errands, and lifestyle services
- Act as primary liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure seamless service
- Maintain current knowledge of local events, promotions, and seasonal offerings
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt, professional solutions
- Collaborate with front desk and other departments to enhance guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in English and Filipino
- Deep knowledge of Pasay City and Metro Manila attractions, transportation, and culture
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in reservation systems and communication tools
