Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm, personalized welcome and assistance to all patients and visitors
- Deliver precise directions and wayfinding guidance throughout the medical complex
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments for seamless service transitions
- Manage visitor inquiries with empathy and accurate information
- Support appointment scheduling and administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized reception environment
- Facilitate communication between patients, families, and medical staff
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years in customer service/hospitality
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- In-depth knowledge of Bandar Sunway area and transportation networks
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented in fast-paced healthcare settings
- Strong multitasking capabilities with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks
- CPR/First Aid certification is advantageous
