- Provide exceptional guest service as the primary point of contact, ensuring personalized assistance throughout their stay
- Handle luggage transportation and storage with efficiency and care
- Offer detailed recommendations on local attractions, dining, and cultural activities
- Coordinate transportation arrangements and logistics for guests
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
- Collaborate with housekeeping, security, and management teams to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in concierge, front desk, or hospitality customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual abilities preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to guest needs
- Extensive knowledge of Singapore's attractions, culture, and transportation systems
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor reflecting luxury service standards
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous
