  • Warmly welcome and assist all guests and visitors, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Expertly provide comprehensive information and recommendations regarding local attractions, dining, transportation, and entertainment options.
  • Efficiently handle guest requests for reservations (dining, theatre, tours), transportation arrangements (taxis, car rentals, flights), and special services.
  • Proactively anticipate guest needs and offer personalized assistance to enhance their stay.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about hotel facilities, services, and daily events.
  • Accurately manage luggage handling, storage, and delivery services as required.
  • Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance and demeanor at all times, reflecting The Peninsula Manila's luxury brand.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in a concierge, front office, or guest services role within a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Extensive knowledge of Makati City and Metro Manila's attractions, culture, dining, and transportation networks.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
