- Manage the efficient check-in and check-out processes for all lounge guests.
- Provide exceptional customer service, anticipating the needs of travelers before they arise.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding flight schedules, local transportation, and airport facilities.
- Maintain a pristine and welcoming environment throughout the transit lounge area.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and hygiene protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve any guest issues or complaints promptly.
- Serve refreshments and amenities to guests in a professional and timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during peak travel times.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods.
