  • Provide exceptional guest services by greeting, assisting, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and clients
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless check-in and check-out procedures
  • Offer knowledgeable recommendations regarding local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, and business services in Makati City
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, preferences, and feedback for continuous service improvement
  • Manage reservations, bookings, and scheduling using appropriate systems and tools
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge to effectively communicate services and amenities available
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest relations roles is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as required
