- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to guests with their inquiries and requests
- Make reservations and recommendations for restaurants, entertainment venues, and local attractions
- Arrange transportation services including taxis, car rentals, and airport transfers
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local attractions, events, and services
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Keep accurate records of guest requests and preferences
Kualifikasi
- College graduate with any degree
- Minimum height requirement: Female (5'4") or Male (5'6")
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local area and tourist attractions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English and local languages
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage
