- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Provide comprehensive information about local attractions, dining options, and transportation.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Process reservations and manage the concierge desk during peak hours.
- Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality or concierge role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using hotel management software or reservation systems.
- Knowledge of the local area and its amenities is a plus.
- Candidate must be presentable, approachable, and have a positive attitude.
