Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service as the primary point of contact for mall visitors
- Provide accurate information about mall amenities, stores, and local attractions
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Coordinate with mall management and retailers to enhance visitor experiences
- Assist with special events, promotions, and VIP guest services
- Maintain concierge area with organized resources and professional appearance
- Collaborate with security and maintenance teams to ensure mall safety
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years in customer service, hospitality, or retail environment preferred
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and local languages
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Proficiency with basic office technology and communication tools
