Tanggung Jawab
- Provide a warm, professional, and efficient welcome to all residents, guests, and visitors.
- Monitor front-of-house security, including access control and surveillance of entry points.
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and service requests with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
- Manage parcel deliveries, courier services, and log visitor access efficiently.
- Coordinate with building management and security teams to maintain high safety standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the lobby and communal areas.
- Provide administrative support for facility bookings and resident-related activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Building Management.
- Prior experience in concierge, front office, or luxury customer service roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic building management software.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eye for detail.
