In this flexible contract role, you will be the face of our company, ensuring a seamless and welcoming environment for everyone who interacts with us. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide warm and professional greetings to guests and visitors at the reception area.
  • Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, with a high level of courtesy.
  • Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, and activity planning.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are maintained.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying guest details and processing payments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment at all times.
  • Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or real estate setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Familiarity with the Ubud area and local attractions is a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
