Tanggung Jawab
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests and visitors at the reception area.
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, with a high level of courtesy.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, restaurant bookings, transportation arrangements, and activity planning.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property standards are maintained.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying guest details and processing payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception environment at all times.
- Handle customer complaints or requests professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a hospitality, customer service, or real estate setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Familiarity with the Ubud area and local attractions is a significant advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and office equipment.
