- Deliver personalized guest services including reservations, transportation arrangements, and local recommendations

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years luxury hospitality or concierge experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English with additional language proficiency preferred
- Deep knowledge of Singapore's attractions and local culture
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
