Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide professional assistance with vehicle parking.
- Ensure the safe and efficient movement of vehicles, maintaining organized parking facilities at all times.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, providing information on local amenities and property services.
- Monitor the entrance area to maintain a professional, clean, and secure environment.
- Assist guests with luggage handling and heavy items during arrivals and departures.
- Maintain accurate logs for vehicle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all parking protocols are strictly followed.
- Communicate effectively with internal team members to ensure seamless guest services.
- Perform daily inspections of the parking area to identify and address any safety or maintenance issues.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent professional certification in hospitality/service.
- Must possess a valid Philippine Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in valet parking, customer service, or a front-of-house hospitality role is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional punctuality and reliability, especially for early morning shifts.
- A polished, professional appearance and a proactive, guest-first mindset.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate parking areas efficiently.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Lahug, Cebu.
