Join Baramulti Sugih Sentosa as a Condition Based Monitoring (CBM) Supervisor and lead the reliability revolution in our coal mining operations. You'll spearhead advanced predictive maintenance strategies using cutting-edge technologies to monitor critical mining equipment, prevent catastrophic failures, and optimize operational uptime. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead the CBM team in implementing predictive maintenance programs for mining equipment
- Analyze vibration, thermographic, and oil analysis data to identify equipment anomalies and failure risks
- Develop and execute maintenance strategies based on equipment condition metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between maintenance, operations, and engineering teams
- Manage CBM technologies including sensors, data loggers, and diagnostic software
- Generate comprehensive equipment health reports and predictive maintenance schedules
- Train and mentor junior engineers in advanced monitoring techniques
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry reliability standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in condition-based monitoring, preferably in mining or heavy industry
- Proven team leadership experience with CBM or maintenance engineering roles
- Expertise in vibration analysis, thermography, and lubrication oil analysis
- Proficiency in CMMS systems and data analysis software (MATLAB, Python, etc.)
- Strong understanding of rotating machinery dynamics and failure modes
- Certification in Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) or ISO 17359 preferred
- Ability to work in challenging mining environments and rotate shifts if required
