Tanggung Jawab
- Advise the Corporation Board on all matters regarding the affairs of the Corporation and its property
- Implement all instructions, by-laws, and relevant laws governing condominium management
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of the condominium property
- Manage financial aspects including budget preparation, collection of maintenance fees, and expense control
- Supervise property staff and contractors
- Handle resident communications and dispute resolutions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards
- Organize and conduct Corporation meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification in property management (e.g., CPM, RMA)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in condominium or property management
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's property laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and MS Office applications
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
