NTT DATA, a global leader in IT services and digital transformation, is seeking a seasoned Configuration & Data Manager to join our dynamic team in Bonifacio Global City, Metro Manila. As a Configuration & Data Manager, you will develop and implement robust configuration management and data governance frameworks. Your expertise will ensure that our data assets are managed effectively, maintaining consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data standards, manage configuration items, and oversee data lifecycle processes. Your leadership will empower the organization to leverage data as a strategic asset, mitigating risks and unlocking new opportunities.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary package of ₱100,000 – ₱120,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth in a global environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and enforce data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
- Lead data management initiatives, including data profiling, cleansing, and migration projects.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define data requirements, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and audit configuration items and data assets to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage the lifecycle of configuration items from identification to retirement.
- Prepare and present reports on configuration status and data governance metrics to management.
- Drive continuous improvement in data management processes and tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in configuration management, data governance, or data stewardship.
- Sound knowledge of data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DCAM) and configuration management standards (e.g., ITIL).
- Hands-on experience with CMDB tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) and data quality platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, CIMP, ITIL Foundation) are highly desirable.
